Rubber Ring For Screw Barrel Of Injection Molding Machine

The plastic head is a part installed at the front end of the screw. When the plastic is plasticized, its main function is to mix the plastic melt, so that the melt can be further mixed and evenly mixed. At the same time, the rubber head also has the function of limiting the front and rear position movement of the rubber ring during plasticization. Sometimes it is also called the screw head and the glue dividing head, and the connection with the screw is a reverse thread connection.
The role of the apron is to prevent reverse flow. It is a part that prevents the plastic melt from leaking backwards during injection. When working, the rubber ring is in contact with the rubber meson (the rubber gasket) to form a closed structure to prevent the plastic melt from leaking. The precision of the weight of the injection molded product of an injection molding machine has a great relationship with the speed of the anti-reverse action of the apron and the rubber meson. The reaction speed of a rubber ring is determined by its non-reverse action stroke, sealing and pressing time, time away from the rubber head and other factors. The combination of good rubber head, rubber ring and rubber meson can realize high-precision injection volume control. Especially in the molding of transparent products and precision products, the role of the glue head, rubber ring and glue meson is reflected.
The nozzle is the transition part connecting the barrel and the mold. During injection, the molten material in the barrel is driven by the screw, flows through the nozzle and injects into the mold with high pressure and fast movement. Therefore, the structure of the nozzle, the size of the nozzle hole and the manufacturing accuracy will all affect the pressure loss of the molten material, the rise and fall of the temperature, the distance of the shooting range, the quality of the feeding effect, and whether "saliva" occurs.
