Cast copper heater use method and maintenance

1. First check whether the power supply voltage at the site of use is consistent with the rated voltage of the product. If not, it should be equipped with the same power supply voltage as the rated voltage of the product.
2. In order to ensure safety, remember to reliably ground the shell of the electrical equipment.
3. When the electric heater product has been used for more than three months, it should be dried by itself under the permissible conditions, heating for ten minutes and power off for half an hour, three to four times in a row to discharge the moisture inside the electric heating element.
4. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube should avoid the infiltration of pollutants and water in the place of use, so as to prevent the occurrence of electric leakage accidents.
5. The metal casting heater should be positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be closely attached to the heating body, and empty burning is strictly prohibited. When dust or pollutants are found on the surface, it should be cleaned up in time before use, so as not to affect heat dissipation and shorten the service life.
