Significance: The quality of regular maintenance of the plastic machine, directly affects the life and work efficiency of the plastic machine, in order to increase the work efficiency, the daily operation of 24 hours, the cumulative work up to 7000 hours, is 2-3 times of the general machinery, so regular maintenance and maintenance is particularly important.
Purpose: To establish a standardized maintenance standard procedure to enable equipment to maintain optimal performance, condition and service life to ensure normal production operation
Scope: Suitable for the repair and maintenance of injection molding machines and blow molding machines
Responsible person: workshop supervisor, energy and power supervisor, workshop security personnel, workshop shift leader, equipment operator.
Responsibilities: regular inspection and maintenance, need plastic machine repair, security personnel for regular maintenance and inspection.
Content:
1. Regular maintenance and maintenance of injection molding machine
1.1 Daily maintenance (operator)
1.1.1 Inspection of electrical appliances and mechanical components and devices for looseness.
1.1.2 Whether the nozzle center is accurate and whether there is shaking when entering.
1.1.3 Whether the components and contact terminals in the electrical box are reliable.
1.1.4 Whether the cooling water is smooth and whether the amount of water is sufficient
1.1.5 Keep large columns, bent hands, movable hinge arms and slides underneath them clean
1.1.6 Ensure that the whole machine water and oil circuit are free of dripping and leakage.
1.1.7 Inspection of automatic lubrication systems.
1.1.8 Fill in the records.
2. Weekly maintenance (security officer)
2.1 Clean and sort out each mechanical part, with loose screws and other locks.
2.2 Cleaning, sorting and sorting of each hydraulic part, tightening or replacing the sealing ring where the drip and leakage are.
2.3 The cleaning and finishing of each electrical component, and the damaged and abnormal noise should be replaced or repaired.
2.4 Grease filling points (shot shift guide rods, plasticizing motors, mold adjusting gears (chains), etc.).
2.5 Clean the magnetic stand in the hopper.
2.6 Fill in the maintenance record as required.
3. Monthly maintenance (shift leader, security officer, operator)
3.1 Cleaning and finishing of the whole machine.
3.1.1 Remove the residual oil in each lubrication part to keep the whole machine clean.
3.1.2 Balance the four Colin columns to avoid excessive wear of the clamping hinges.
3.1.3 Check all parts of the firing table to ensure that the two injection cylinders are synchronized.
3.1.4 Check whether the ground wire is safe and reliable.
3.1.5 Lock the nuts of each mechanical structure one by one.
3.1.6 Ensure that the automatic lubrication system reaches each specified lubrication point.
3.1.7 The oil level in the tank shall be maintained at the standard of the oil level gauge.
4. Annual maintenance (workshop supervisor, mechanics, shift leaders, security personnel, operators)
4.1 Check whether the screw group is worn or damaged, and take measures if there is any abnormality.
4.2 Whether the clamping pin shaft is worn, find out the cause and take measures.
4.3 Clean the filter screen and tank of the oil tank.
4.4 Major inspection of the lubrication system: whether the oil pipe has fallen off and whether there is no point where the oil is not passed.
4.5 Each oil pipe, valve body, flange, joint, whether there is running, leakage, if any, should be solved in time.
4.6 Whether the electrical, hydraulic and mechanical protection devices are safe and reliable.
4.7 Whether the system pressure and flow of the machine are offset, whether the electronic ruler is accurately controlled, and whether the instrument is wrong.
4.8 Whether there is a deviation between the parallelism of the moving mode and the fixed mode.
5. Inspection of machine safety devices (operator)
5.1 Check whether the stroke switch of the safety gate (front and rear) is normal and effective every day.
5.2 Check whether the emergency stop switch (front and rear) is normal and effective every day.
